Hi Everyone,
Many of our clients come in at the very beginning of their Cancer treatment process - we are honored and so grateful to be a small support to these courageous and strong men, women & children as they embark on their journey of healing.
Stand Up To Cancer is a wonderful organization which is working very hard to raise money and awareness for a cure - see their July Update below or check out their website at;https://www.standup2cancer.org/

Last month we announced our first five SU2C Dream Teams, and in June, we began our series of video profiles on the Dream Team leaders. Check back at SUTV's Lab channel over the course of the summer to learn about the cutting-edge science behind the other four teams. In June 2008 Michelle McBride began her journal to the SU2C community, starting with her discovery that she is a BRCA carrier and continuing through tough decisions that will impact her, and her family, for the rest of her life. Her story of cancer prevention in today's complex world of genetic testing and prophylactic surgeries is not only moving; it's also a testament to how far we've come - and how far we have to go. In the journal's final installment, Michelle looks back on her journey. "I am trying to break a pattern that is woven into my genetic fiber," she writes. "Hopefully, I will be around to watch my kids grow up."
Millions of people around the world bravely face cancer every day. In the SU2C Blog's new weekly series "With You, We Stand," we're sharing their stories. It's a place to remember those we've lost and to celebrate the courage of those who are still in the fight - and we invite you to share the stories that inspire you in the blog comments.
