Once you have Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime ready to go, we’ll confirm your appointment and provide the meeting link or the contact information needed for your session.
Just call or email us to schedule a time. We’ll help you choose your preferred platform (Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime) and send you everything you need to join the meeting.
At the time of your appointment:
Make sure your device is powered on and connected to the internet.
Open the meeting link or answer the incoming video call from us (depending on the platform you selected).
Allow access to your camera and microphone if prompted.

Download the installer file for your operating system (Windows, Mac, etc.).

If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one the first time you open the application.
Open the app after installation.
Select “Create account” or “Sign up.”
Enter your name, email address, and password.

FaceTime:
